MR. ROBERT RETZER
FOUNDER & CEO
With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, and industrial operations, Mr. Retzer has a proven track record of successful leadership.
As the co-owner and operator of Ramtrin Limited from 2002 to 2009, he spearheaded the complete development cycle of several large-scale projects, including an eight-unit waterfront condominium complex, a commercial bar renovation, and a premium fitness center launch. Mr. Retzer then went on to serve as the Production Team Lead at Greenfield Global Inc., supervising manufacturing operations and leading a team of ten employees for a $500-million dollar facility.
Today, Robert is the founder, owner, and operator of All County Gulf Coast Property Management, a successful residential property management company in Florida.
